My wife and I have worked with Matt Love on two home purchases and a sale.  Matt is a good realtor in that he is experienced and has a great understanding of current market conditions, trends in the market, the buying and selling process, etc.

But there are two things in particular that we value about Matt's service as a realtor:

1) Matt keeps our best interests in mind.  He asks lots of questions and takes the time to understand exactly what we are looking for and what we value in a home.  We have never had the sense that Matt just wanted to get the deal done and move on.

2) Matt has a background in carpentry and contracting.  We have found it extremely valuable during a house search to get his take on the complexity and cost of various renovation and repair ideas.
